Diocesan Prayer Ministry Training Day
The diocese will run a Prayer Ministry Training Day on Saturday 1 March 2025 in St Ignatius, Carryduff.
In the gospels, Jesus gave His followers a commission that includes healing the sick and bringing freedom to the oppressed.
Our Prayer Ministry Training Day includes biblical teaching and practical guidelines to help you to be intentional about praying for others in these ways.
You will be encouraged to step out in praying for people wherever they are - church, the streets, your home and your workplace.
This training is for anyone who wants to explore or grow in this ministry.
Cost is £10 and the training runs from 9.30am until approximately 4.00pm. Tea and coffee are provided but please bring your own lunch.
Following this training please remember that only those who are authorised by their rector or church leader will be able to be part of the prayer ministry teams in their local churches.
